Contact level: LOW Age: 18 years and older Perquisites: None Required Wear: Clean T-shirt, clean shorts or sweat pants Required Gear: Boxing gloves, towel an intense session of high energy, high impact, and total body conditioning. This class includes the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing drills, heavy bag training, floor conditioning, and partner drills. This session burns calories, is excellent for strength conditioning, builds lean muscle, tones and conditions your body from head to toe, and increases flexibility!
